A+ Service. Friendly staff.
We visited the Nucamp repair center with our truck camper. We were able to stop overnight in one of the four full hook up bays at the back of the facility so that we were ready for our 8am appointment. Kevin, our repair guy, was awesome. 5 stars. He listened to what we needed to be done and was great to chat to. He completed the repairs listed and went above and beyond. We wish him and his family lots of blessings for the future. The Nücamp Service Center went out of their way to address every concern we had...which were few after one year. An outstanding team, outstanding facility and an outstanding product!
They were great. Changed glycol and serviced wheel bearings on our 2023 T@B 400. We spent the night before in a free full hookup space at the facility.
We experienced outstanding customer service at the nuCamp RV Service Center. The service rep Tim Durban , was most helpful at all stages of the service experience. The preliminary calls and consultation about the service, scheduling our appointment and the drop off of our camper went smoothly. He was even willing to schedule additional repairs if time permitted. Partway through the day, he called with an update and assurances about the work being done.
