The Nücamp Service Center went out of their way to address every concern we had...which were few after one year. An outstanding team, outstanding facility and an outstanding product!
They were great. Changed glycol and serviced wheel bearings on our 2023 T@B 400. We spent the night before in a free full hookup space at the facility.
We experienced outstanding customer service at the nuCamp RV Service Center. The service rep Tim Durban , was most helpful at all stages of the service experience. The preliminary calls and consultation about the service, scheduling our appointment and the drop off of our camper went smoothly. He was even willing to schedule additional repairs if time permitted. Partway through the day, he called with an update and assurances about the work being done. We are the original owners of a 2021 320. We were traveling to the north east and decided to stop off at nuCamp to have some maintenance done. We were met by a service writer that not only helped us with last minute fixes (we decided to get a blind replaced and had door hinges adjusted) but helped us with the area and what to see and do. As always, nuCamp goes above and beyond! Way to have a great service department! We also did the factory tour.
