Very friendly and helpful staff. I went there at lunch hour and they still answered my question.
Great communication prior to and during service; friendly, helpful and responsive support from Nicole. The service tech was incredibly thorough. Finally, everything was done in ONE DAY. My entire experience from scheduling to finish was completely unlike what I've experienced at the dealership. It's NuCamp service for me from now on!
Genuinely Good People Doing Great Work. I chose to drive almost 6 hours to bring my 360 CS to the service center rather than the dealership for repairs. I Do Not Regret The Decision At All. The employees are very kind and helpful. There was zero hassle or haggling over Warranty Coverage and to Top It All Off, they completely replaced the Alde System in 1 day. So, instead of dropping it off and making another 12 hr round trip to pick it up at a later date, I got to spend the night in a pleasant little town and drive my camper... read more

I have been to the Factory Service Center twice now. Exceptionally professional from Service write-up and scheduling to technicians. The benefit of having extremely knowledgeable technician work on my Nu camp 820 is priceless. Wouldn't take it anywhere else. Its worth every dollar in fuel to travel the 350 mile drive from Virginia to SugarCreek Ohio. Enjoy the ride the you wont be disappointed.
