Love our 2018 Tab 320CS. Bought used and in pristine condition from a couple not far from us on Cape Cod. They bought a Tab400. Quality is very good. I was in the trades for 41 yrs so I can tell quality from crap…I think! I added 2-100 watt flexible solar panels, LIPO battery, charger, inverter. This review primarily concerns the lack of attention to quality assurance at delivery and the unwillingness to acknowledge and address what appears to be a design flaw. We recently purchased a 2025 TAG Black Canyon Edition and were initially excited to start using it. However, during our walkthrough, we discovered that the air conditioning system was not effectively cooling the unit. We spent the morning on a factory tour with Jordan. He was AMAZING! He knew absolutely everything about the manufacturing process and the products. We own a 2020 TAG and are looking to upgrade to a newer model. Seeing the factory first-hand reaffirms what we already knew - NuCamp is a quality product where they have thought of absolutely everything! Every employee takes pride in their craftsmanship which shows! Thank you, Jordan!
We just took a tour of the factory. Jordan was our guide. This was the most amazing experience. The factory was pristine, the workers were kind, and the production line was one of the most professional and clean work lines I have ever witnessed. Watching the beginning to end process was informative and impressive. We love our Tag and can’t wait to purchase a newer version in the future.
Don't do it, don't buy a nuCamp Tab 360. Problem after problem after problem. Certainly some good things about the camper, namely the layout, but the negatives have been a big letdown and setback. I bought mine new, as a hassle-free RV for the job site, as I build my new home. Had plans for camping with it down the road. The stove igniter broke the very first day and I couldn't cook, not to mention it's unreasonably stiff and difficult. Also, the Alde system didn't work and needed rebooting.
