Love our 2018 Tab 320CS. Bought used and in pristine condition from a couple not far from us on Cape Cod. They bought a Tab400. Quality is very good. I was in the trades for 41 yrs so I can tell quality from crap…I think! I added 2-100 watt flexible solar panels, LIPO battery, charger, inverter. This review primarily concerns the lack of attention to quality assurance at delivery and the unwillingness to acknowledge and address what appears to be a design flaw. We recently purchased a 2025 TAG Black Canyon Edition and were initially excited to start using it. However, during our walkthrough, we discovered that the air conditioning system was not effectively cooling the unit. We love our TAG teardrop trailer. NuCamp's online parts offering, not so much. They provide a list of parts with absolutely no guidance regarding fitment. None. Also, slow to no response on complaints when parts just don't fit. Case in point, they offer a 22" and a 25" stabilizing jack and a single round jack foot (sold separately) that does not come close to fitting the 22" jack. I have had many issues with the my 2021 T@B and including cabinet doors that will not stay closed, they typically all open up while traveling even on smooth highway roads. The bathroom sink that constantly falls down and does not drain. The front window seal is broken gets inches of water in between. Then of course all the plastic bits within the trailer have fallen off. The biggest issue was the plastic around the door frame from day one. I had to glue it in place with chalk.
