I hate this company now. Do not use them. You can see my previous review below in quotes, but here’s why I changed it: Two years after they installed new brakes and rotors, I started experiencing vibration while braking. I called them, and they came out to repair it. However, they only replaced the brake pads. I specifically asked them to replace the rotors too because I’ve always understood that when you have vibration issues, both the brake pads and rotors should be replaced together. Wow! NuBrakes is amazing. They are fast, efficient and very kind. Brian snd Joseph were fantastic from intake to completion. Very fair pricing, easy at home repair. Joseph arrived, diagnosed and completed brake repairs in less than an hour. I highly recommend NuBrakes and will definitely use them again.
