My technician Mike did SUCH a great job. He arrived right on time & was so kind and friendly. He noticed and fixed an issue multiple mechanics had missed in the past that was causing my brakes to wear out too quickly. He got the job done in 30 minutes and I paid almost exactly what I was quoted- which was over $600 CHEAPER than the last time I got the exact same repair done at a shop. Lee was very communicative, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. It felt bougie to have someone repair my brakes in the parking lot for me and it was so convenient!!! Totally recommend as their prices are comparable to other companies where you have to take your car and drop it off! #SHIELDapproved
Mike was well equipped with knowledge of the job and also knew how to set my mind at ease before I asked.
DONT DO IT. I used them in March and spent $1300 replacing all 4 brakes and rotors. This fall we were moving from TN out west and they started making weird noises. Turns out the brake product NuBrakes uses is trash: Carquest Platinum. They evidently overheat and have likely been pretty unsafe for a while. We now get to spend another $1k replacing the all at Firestone because Nubrakes doesn't operate on the west coast. Save yourself a lot of time, money and possible a wreck.
