Arrived within promised time window. Repair seems to have resolved problem. Very convenient. I am not sure how competitive the price was as I did not shop around. Nevertheless, the price seemed reasonable and so far, the quality of the repair is satisfactory.
so I scheduled a brake service with NuBrakes. Their pricing seemed competitive at first, but the technician who came out was very rude when I asked about discounts. I even called customer service, and while the representative on the phone was polite and offered a discount, the technician refused to cooperate and said he wouldn’t talk. Masterful as usual. Couldn't ask for better. And seems to always give me a discount for something they repaired. This is my 3rd post and I can't say or see anyone else working on my car. Dudes always look sharp in the uniforms cool colors cool truck. See you again soon.
Michael did an excellent job on my Jeep! He finished a full brake job and oil maintenance in just over two hours. Even though it cost a little more than I expected, I know my Jeep was in good hands. This is my second time using NuBrakes, and I’ll definitely be back
