I sew Frozan today for a Hydrafacial deluxe today and loved it. She is efficient, warm, professional and knows her work really well. The place is clean and the customer service is really good. My face feels rejuvenated and alive. Thanks Frozan. Highly recommend Nubo Spa.
This place is totally worth going to if you want a real relaxing experience. I got a facial and the esthetician was really sweet and knowledgable, she walked me through everything... the pressure was perfect for extractions and the products felt amazing on my skin. They have a nice dimly lit room with soft music, though I wish the facial included more neck shoulder massage since its mostly focused on just your face. The staff and owner of Nubo spa are not only helpful but go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a human to human one. I trust their practitioners fully and appreciate that they are not just trying to sell you on any and everything. I will continue to be a client of Nubo as long as they exist.
I am genuinely angry that I went here, and I can no longer in good faith keep up the positive review I had previously left. At the time, I felt pressured by the way free product was tied into encouraging reviews, and I now regret going along with that. After what happened to my skin, I do not believe that earlier review honestly reflects my experience. My extraction was done by Frozan, and in my opinion it was handled very poorly. I've been coming to Nubo for years for aesthetics and recently tried their new wellness services: BHRT, weight loss, and b12. The team is knowledgeable and attentive.
