I am genuinely angry that I went here, and I can no longer in good faith keep up the positive review I had previously left. At the time, I felt pressured by the way free product was tied into encouraging reviews, and I now regret going along with that. After what happened to my skin, I do not believe that earlier review honestly reflects my experience. My extraction was done by Frozan, and in my opinion it was handled very poorly.
