I was extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be returning. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt unprofessional and unclean. The tools and supplies did not appear to be properly maintained, and there were children running around throughout the appointment. honestly if you care about the health of your hair do NOT come here!!! i injured my hand and couldnt do my own hair so i had to book a wash/blow dry and senegelese twists. after washing she vigoursly dried my hair with a cloth towel and procceded to blow dry my hair. i have extremely THICK hair and instead of blowdrying in sections she took the blowdryer with the comb attachment to the middle of my head and began ripping through the tangles..... no heat protectant no moisture no nothing. i asked if she had moisture spray and... read more

My scheduled appointment today was a disappointment as the lady never showed up. The staff at the shop were unpleasant and I would not recommend this location for hair services. I ended up waiting for 2 hours for the lady to arrive, making it a complete waste of my time.
