Life savers again! Crown popped off at 7pm last night and Nuance had me in the chair by noon! It turned out to need an extraction and bone graft and they took care of it right then and there, all before 2pm. This is at least the 6th time Nuance and the team have saved me in an emergency like this. Forever thankful!

This office is a scam. $50 for a 10 minute visit. Below is the text I sent. I’m reaching out regarding my 12/2/2025 visit. I paid $50 for the consult. However, the EmblemHealth claim shows a $120 charge for images, and no charge for the consult itself. I want to clarify that I came only for a consult. The day before, I emailed my 2025 X-rays to Dr. Hassan, and I also informed the medical assistant and you in the office. I would not go there! I booked via ZocDoc, and it said "we take your insurance", but they tricked me into a sunrise credit without doing much, just checking the teeth. After that visit they said "we don't take your insurance. Now I have to pay off a sunrise credit for nothing. Nice!
