The pro was booked to do cabinet paintings and stair rails/bar staining. The pro incorrectly applied the staining. When I asked why did it look like brown paint and was so dark, he kept saying that it will lighten up once it dries. Later, I called people who stains to asked what was wrong, they asked if he wiped it off, he looked crazy as if he didn’t know what I was talking about. I looked at videos and showed him as well.
