I was charged an annual membership fee 6 months after I cancelled. When I called to get it fixed, some child argued that there's no way I didn't cancel since they don't have my paper in their folder (super secure filing system). When I finally talked to a manager, they assured me it would be taken care of, then of course 2 months later I get a final notification from their billing company warning it's about to go to collections. EDIT: I’m not sure if it was my review, but the gym got a brand new sauna unit, brand new dumbbells, and cleaned everything up. Respect 🫡 Okay gym. Have to start out by saying how disgusting the sauna room is. The sauna itself looks clean, but when you look below the seating it looks like stuff is growing, looks like mold or something to be honest. After the sauna, I went to rinse off in the shower and the shower liner was brown, the shower floor and room floor was dirty, there’s open spaces in the ceiling. All around bad e... read more

Okay gym. Have to start out by saying how disgusting the sauna room is. The sauna itself looks clean, but when you look below the seating it looks like stuff is growing, looks like mold or something to be honest. After the sauna, I went to rinse off in the shower and the shower liner was brown, the shower floor and room floor was dirty, there’s open spaces in the ceiling.
