I have gained so much more confidence in the kitchen, reducing the amount of take away I’m having and cooking healthy meals, just from the cooking classes. Jo is so generous with her tips and tricks shared throughout the class, I encouraged my husband to see her for his gut issues which were impacting our life - problem solved in a couple of sessions. Working with Jo Turner at NuActive Health has been life changing.
