Not sure who owns the place but was just there about 130 today on 2-11-2026 as soon as I walked in the lady started throwing stuff done and huffing and puffing like I ruined her whole life instead of a how may I help you it was what do you want all with a eye roll very hateful very rude the sad thing is getting married in a few months and had 9 dresses to be done so a pretty good order your loss thier gain found someone if your that miserable than quit its simple
Super reasonable prices and they even do tailoring off-site! Fixed up my pants for a fraction of what a new pair would have cost, very happy!

I honestly got such a bad vibe from the attendant here that I chose to take my dress an hour away to Louisville to be cleaned instead. She was rude! I felt like I was interrupting her busy morning of sitting down, and she sighed enough to really let me know how inconvenient my presence was. By the third time she sighed and verbally complained about the basic process of checking in my dress, I noped right on out of there. I'm not going to force my business on a cleaner that doesn't seem to want it.
1st time customer…ruined new jacket, but took weeks of my repeated inquiry to find out what happened! Finally was told to file a claim. Settlement was half the cost of the jacket but I had no choice other than except their offer. It wasn’t about compensation as much as offering an explanation. I assume they were hoping I’d forget about it! Very disappointing.
