1st time customer…ruined new jacket, but took weeks of my repeated inquiry to find out what happened! Finally was told to file a claim. Settlement was half the cost of the jacket but I had no choice other than except their offer. It wasn’t about compensation as much as offering an explanation. I assume they were hoping I’d forget about it! Very disappointing.
Not the place for me.....went in and guy running register was wearing a mini skirt ....freak show place...keep driving
