Everything written about the recycling is true. For 7 years I was separating the recyclables and placing them in a separate bin. My neighbor finally told me I was wasting my time. So then I began to have watch them throw everything into the 1 standard garbage truck and compact it. We called 3 times over a couple years and the first 2 they denied it. Nu Way has been throwing our recycling in the garbage truck for over a year now. I have called numerous times and the problem is not addressed and the office personnel is just rude and dissmissive.

To the older above post, i saw that and asked them about this. Their recycling trucks look the same it just contains different materials and is taken to a different place

On several occasions I have seen my recycless dumped into the larger garbage trucks. On one occassion on a back road in Sheldon I saw the recyclable pickup truck back up to the large garbage truck and unload it's contecnts into the regular garbage truck. Can you explain? Why do I work at seperating recyclables when the employees don't care? What checks and balances does the company have to prevent this?How can I help?
