Save your money or take your car somewhere else. I brought my car for a wash yesterday and my keys were lost or stolen. The manager was not helpful I had to call Monrovia police department for them to start to looking for my keys. I'm a business owner myself and I don't like to leave bad reviews but in this situation I had to warn the public of the risk their taking by going there. A $20 something car wash is now costing me $450 to replace my key. Save your money or go somewhere else. Horrible customer service.
after visiting them for the wash, noticed back rear scratches. of course they denied it and claimed they can show videos. It was tight and the videos obviously can't show every angle. Of course later also realised they have a standard answer to all claims that they are the one damaged the cars. very unethical practice! It is a VOLVO 90 so now it will cost 800 USD to fix since there's sensors there...don't go this place!!!
