I wanted my Ugg Boots dry cleaned. I have had this service done before on a different pair without any problems. This time was very different. I WILL NOT use this business again. After almost two weeks they are still uncleaned and when I called to see if they were ready, I was told, “They forgot to ask me to file a disclaimer”. So I picked my boots up and had to remove two staples out of each boot. If they thought they were to old to dry clean, I wish they would have just told me two weeks prior!
