If there was a way to give a zero I would. First time customer and last. I took 4 shirts in to have cleaned on a Monday. One of the shirts was meant to be used for a wedding on that Friday. I was told they would be ready on Wednesday. I go to pick up my shirts and told they were not there that some issue with a broiler. And even after they failed to get my shirts on time they still had me pay for a service that just wasn’t there. I wanted my Ugg Boots dry cleaned. I have had this service done before on a different pair without any problems. This time was very different. I WILL NOT use this business again. After almost two weeks they are still uncleaned and when I called to see if they were ready, I was told, “They forgot to ask me to file a disclaimer”. So I picked my boots up and had to remove two staples out of each boot. If they thought they were to old to dry clean, I wish they would have just told me two weeks prior!
