Stop giving these people money. This location is in a bad area. From previous reviews u see they stealing expensive clothing AND ruin clothing with no remorse. This place was a great place a decade ago. I dropped off a silk suit about 2 weeks ago and they gave it to someone else. That person was a good person and brought it back. Then they called to say they had it back. The female owner did not refund me my money. I used to trust the place but no more. Horrible management and subpar service now. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK!

I've taken my clothes to Nu Way Cleaners frequently over the years and was always pleased with the quality of their services until my most recent experience. I took 2 pair of pants for alterations and I'm very dissatisfied with the results. First of all, they don't have a seamstress on sight nor do they have a dressing room to change into your clothing in order for them to get the right measurements.
