Chris was great! He was polite and fast. He has this awesome black light that could identify where my puppy peed and another tool to see if it was saturated into the padding. Peggy was so sweet and called the next day to follow up. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting a fast, efficient, job well done. Plus the price was better than I have paid in the past and I got my stairs done too! Will be using them again!
