I love Nu way but I have never had to beg someone to take my car payment 12/6/2025 I have been trying to make a payment since about 9 today and I can't get nobody to give me my account number so I can pay it online since they won't take it over the phone. SMH never heard of such.
Horrible experience, very unprofessional sold me a repo car has had trouble trying to get them to fix it. The manger Tim is very UNPROFESSIONAL. They won’t answer the phone because they keep it off the hook
It was a great experience so far, got a 2015 jeep patriot, very nice and happy with it so far, they were nice and helpful and made the process very easy for someone with no credit established and not a very big down payment

I usually don’t try to bash business but this dude was so rude and condescending that I have too. His name is Tim and he is the manager at Nu Way Auton in Hattiesburg. I got a camero from theses people cause I have to have a reliable vehicle to get to dialysis 3 days a week and to get to my appts in New Orleans and Jackson.
