I had hair color, shampoo and conditioner, haircut and blow dry. It was my first visit. I felt comfortable and I liked what Karyn did with and for my hair. I look forward to going back again.

Did a great job on my girlfriend.
Horrible experience. She was rude and unprofessional. She complained the whole time to the point I thought of walking away. The haircut was uneven and messy. I will never come back and never recommend her to my worse enemy. Either retire or learn some manners.
