Everytime I walk from the 2/3 Eastern Parkway train station, down Washington Ave, I remember when I visited a school and a teacher told me about this loc place close by. I was complaining because a well-known loc salon in Manhattan charged by the hour or the length of your hair. I have been coming here ever since 20 years ago.
The stylist had a very negative energy. She also put color dye in my hair and left it there too long while she did another head. The dye started burning and gave a terrible reaction all over my head. Never experienced anything like that before while dying hair. Don’t know what kind of dye she used. But it was a terrible product and a terrible overall experience. Her name was Claudia or Claudine.
