My friend couldn't clean the car because the machine broke down.
Payd for car wash and machine broke down before I got in. Called number and nobody answer 0 costumer service
My partner paid for the car wash and was waiting to drive in and the car in front was in the middle of a wash and the machine stopped working completely. No assistance provided to the customers whatsoever and no conflict resolution either. What a joke
Went through the soft touch side , the attendant was there so gave the front and windows wash over before entering. Did a good job but the car wasn’t extremely dirty apart from lots of bugs . I got platinum package $18 . Happy with result
Terrible. Washed my car there and ended up having to re-wash it elsewhere. Left a dirty film over the entire car, looked terrible. Never going back there.
