The owners are very friendly and they always provide great service.
ATTENTION! Usually Nu VUE has always done a great job cleaning my woolens, however they RUINED my Irish wool sweater not only by SHRINKING it, but FELTING it - that is IRREVERSIBLE, my sweater is ruined! They refused to acknowledge it, even said I brought it in that way! Refused to reimburse me, much less pay me for the ruined sweater. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and have contacted my credit card company to withhold the amount I paid for it, $16.48.
