I had a problem/question with a CB setup I installed in my truck. I stopped in and one of the employees talked through the possible problems, and in all of maybe 15 minutes he was able to figure out and correct the problem for me. It's worth noting, I had already spoke to the manufacturer of the radio, and even they were unable to figure out the problem. Very happy with my experience here.
