We had a great experience with Nutrend team. Very smooth process and the communication was spot on, will be recommending them to anyone looking at building a home.

Helpful sales staff. Really appreciated your help today Brad and Maddie
We couldn’t be more grateful to NuTrend and in particular Christina for helping us bring our dream home to life within budget. From start to finish, Christina went above and beyond, keeping us updated at every stage, advocating for us, and genuinely celebrating each win with us. The entire experience has been smooth, enjoyable, and far exceeded our expectations. No matter the barriers we faced with our budget, Laura & Sam made the impossible, possible and kept us ahead of the curve and well informed bringing a great level of... read more
We couldn’t fault the build, our supervisor Zack was awesome and very attentive, right down to hand over. He and Laura, our CL, were so helpful and friendly. All the tradies we met with were also incredible and very friendly. We highly recommend NuTrend. We’ve had no problems with the house since getting the keys. Very happy customers
