Called to make appointment shop owner took my name, boat info and ph# Said they would call me in 1-2 weeks to have me bring the boat in. After 3 weeks I called left message to call me back 2 days later still no call so I called back. The owner had no record of our original conversation said he was with another customer and would call me back shortly. Never received a call back, waste of time waiting. I would have been ok if they were just up front in the beginning and told me they were busy and it would be a bit to get at it... read more
