We purchased a 3,000 ltr tank replacement of 16yr old metal tank at our residental property. The sales person Frank provided excellent information n communication which we appreciated. Trying to get something delivered shouldn't be this hard. The only person that can do the scheduling apparently is the manger director but no you can't talk to him directly. I call them 3 days out from delivery and asked to have my delivery in the morning as I had a funeral in the afternoon. I told them "If they couldn't do it in the morning we would need to reschedule for between these dates." They told me "We will get back to you." They never did. So now I'm left calling them at 430pm the afternoon before just to find out ... read more

Had a bad experience with this company where the communication with us was poor and the staff were rude and unpleasant to deal with.
