I was referred to them from another surveyor who was unavailable. They replied immediately to my request and provided a written timeframe for when to expect the survey to be completed. The crew was out earlier today to perform the actual survey, and the team was awesome. I'm not sure how to evaluate the quality of one survey over another, but it was clearly marked, and they spent time explaining all the markings, and I'll have a document ready for me very soon. I recently hired Nu-South Surveying to survey my property, and they provided the best experience I’ve ever had with this type of service. Work was completed ahead of schedule, prices were more than fair and worth every penny spent. I definitely recommend Nu-South Surveying. Communication was great, Josh showed up during the time frame provided and was very professional. Boundary lines marked clearly. If you need a survey, reach out to Nu-South.
