We had some miscommunication with emails going to my spam, which caused me to not be able to pay him in a timely manner. Ultimately, I’m happy with his work. He came out and marked the property well so we could build a fence.

Nu-South goes over and above to satisfy their customers ! I needed surveys done for a family lake property that had not been surveyed since the 1960s - The surveyors came back multiple times making sure to find the original monuments. Also, they helped to locate the pins to revert the property back to the two original lots and gain approval from Anderson County. The only communication this company had with me was via email. He has my number and address. He came and surveyed when I wasn’t home. Never received an invoice. Several month later he leaves a review on my company, I’m guessing your emails are in spam. You should have reached out instead of being unprofessional.

Nu-South Surveying just saved me 8000 to 13,000 dollars, I won't go into detail about how, but because of their kindness, integrity and knowledge of what they are doing, getting my plat surveys from 1988 and 2005, were finally accepted by the planning commission and deeds office in Anderson County. Now I can finish up my mom's probate. CALL this company for your surveying needs, they are absolutely the best around!!!! Connie Black
