I’ve been a patient here on and off for years due to insurance. I’ve had many bad experiences, one being my last appt while driving to the appt they called and told me it was cancelled. I go in anyway and they say it was cancelled because the Dentist was not in however the dentist was actually in. I believe I was to see the man and I actually saw the woman. I drive almost 2 hours to come here. I love them and will not go anywhere else. They have good prices without insurance and always seem to act in my best interest. I did have insurance for about 5 years when I first started going there

I made a new patient appointment 5 months in advance. The night before my appointment, I ended up in the emergency room. I left a message at 3:30 am. when I got home. The next day, I called to reschedule and was told I was a "no show" so they would not treat me. I explained I was not a "no show" and receptionist confirmed receiving my message. She simply stated she had no time to discuss anything more with me, find a new dentist, and simply hung up on me.
