I had a very disappointing experience with Nu Skin’s LifePak Prime. I purchased multiple boxes before realising that the product was the cause of ongoing adverse health issues I had been experiencing. Customer service has become so bad lately. Can’t get reply to my email for a month already and when I call the agent promises follow up on my issue within 1 day, but never even bother to get back to me. So disappointed with Nu skin support.
I hadn't been there since covid and it's certainly not an experience centre any more. It's a front desk with a product display. Was disappointed to visit after experiencing what it was. However the service of the gentleman there was great
This company Very Disappointed Terrible experience. I ordered products from this company and they sent me expired items — completely unacceptable. I contacted them immediately, and it’s been almost a month with no proper response or solution. Their communication is unbelievably slow, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Selling expired products and ignoring complaints is a huge red flag. never buy from them again, and I strongly suggest others think twice before ordering from this business.
