I wish I could say things have improved since my last review, but unfortunately, they haven’t. After months of waiting and repeated follow-ups, this company still hasn’t resolved the issue with the WiFi box I returned back in June 2025. Extremely Disappointed – Poor Product and Even Worse Customer Service This has been one of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever dealt with. They provide only a single phone number for support, and none of the other listed numbers online actually work. I currently have three WiFi boxes through them, and the experience has been a nightmare. The third box I purchased had to be returned because it constantly disconnected from WiFi. I ordered HUD keys on the 5th for a 2 day delivery and its now the 11th and the phone must be disconnected. Having to call Voxtur to get extensions on my work.

I am so happy about the product upgrades to my Eyecon Lockbox. Easy to use and makes entry and access secure. I can even track whose coming and going. I technology.
