Extremely Disappointed – Poor Product and Even Worse Customer Service This has been one of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever dealt with. They provide only a single phone number for support, and none of the other listed numbers online actually work. I ordered HUD keys on the 5th for a 2 day delivery and its now the 11th and the phone must be disconnected. Having to call Voxtur to get extensions on my work.
I am so happy about the product upgrades to my Eyecon Lockbox. Easy to use and makes entry and access secure. I can even track whose coming and going. I technology.
Would rather buy American made products
