We have been trying to get in contact with Nu-Sash for two weeks about replacing a door latch that broke. We were told to send in a proposal for the latch and in about two weeks we would be able to schedule someone to come out and replace it. After NUMEROUS calls left on their voice mail with no return calls, we are getting very frustrated. We love the windows, but the customer service seems to be seriously lacking.
