Very helpful wholesale manufacturer of metal roofing and related products. We visited to get an in-person view of the variety of roofing and different grades that our contractor can order.
We decided to go with NuRay Metals for a new garage build. The metal wasn’t cut properly and we had to return and reorder. When the second batch came, we were faced with the same issue. The rep had us go with a different metal for the third batch, since the machine for cutting it must have been off, so we did. The third batch arrived and it too wasn’t cut properly. What really stood out was how responsive and patient he was—despite clearly having a full plate, he took the time to answer every one of my (many) questions via text without ever making me feel like a bother. Jeremy delivers the kind of old-school customer service that's hard to find these days—genuine, thorough, and truly focused on doing right by the customer.
