General contractor with over 35 years of experience. I have installed many roofs with Nu-Ray products, and until this last one I’ve had typically good experiences. Unfortunately, this last experience has pretty much destroyed my Goodwill for the company. Worst and I mean worst company ever. I spent over $100,000 on their metal. Bought the thicker metal 24 gauge but they delivered me 26 instead and I didn’t find out until the end. The GM Jared is a terrible person. His delivery driver Chris smashed my metal into a tree but when it was time to replace that damaged metal he said it was “past the time” and made me pay out of my pocket.
