Absolute joke of a supplier. If you ever even consider using them, do not, turn around and run to Metal Sales, or McElroy. Nu Ray delayed my project over 3 months in manufacturing delays, and offered not a single credit, any kind of expedition freight wise. Their response was for me to go to my customer and have them call my Inside Sales Rep at Nu Ray for an explanation. General contractor with over 35 years of experience. I have installed many roofs with Nu-Ray products, and until this last one I’ve had typically good experiences. Unfortunately, this last experience has pretty much destroyed my Goodwill for the company. We tore off a roof and had a timeline expecting the metal that was seemingly ignored and when the material did show up, it was incomplete. Worst and I mean worst company ever. I spent over $100,000 on their metal. Bought the thicker metal 24 gauge but they delivered me 26 instead and I didn’t find out until the end. The GM Jared is a terrible person. His delivery driver Chris smashed my metal into a tree but when it was time to replace that damaged metal he said it was “past the time” and made me pay out of my pocket.
