I'm still trying to contact them about my blood test results. When I've left voicemails, I never got calls back, or emails/texts about them trying to return my calls. I had them taken last year. I was hopeful about this place while switching from HealthcareUnited since the doctor was with a place that also establishes itself as a wellness spa.

One of the most unprofessional doctor's offices I've ever been to.... I couldn't reach them for months about a simple medication change. The whole telehealth thing is helpful but when the doctor (Mariechantal Fletcher) doesn't show up to her own appointments several times it becomes an issue. I had to pay for an appointment I never received the information to, meaning I couldn't even join the call.
