Dr Fletcher was very insightful in diagnosing my situation. Great service
Don't go here. When I first started things were great but it's been declining for a while and I'm at my limit with this place. Thier AI receptionist was my last straw. You can't speak to a real person, just leave your information and hope they'll call you back at a time you can answer. I've tried and tried to reach a real person with no luck and it is incredibly infuriating. My other doctor even tried to get a hold of them to help me out and they had no luck.
I wish I could give 100 stars! I have been on my wellness journey for quite a while now. The level of care I have received at Nu Pathways and specifically from Dr. Flourencois has been phenomenal. She takes the time to explain the WHY in what she is doing, she talks through the treatment plan and makes sure that I am comfortable moving forward. I'm a new client that booked through Zoc Doc. Kryselle (or her office) cancelled a session because I didn't turn in paperwork before the session?? Never heard of this before. I've gone to therapy before, usually you're given time to fill out paperwork while waiting to be seen. I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork. Plus, she wasn't even in the office according to the front desk.. Maybe put a notification to clients that paperwork must be filled out beforehand or it will be cancelled... read more
The facial I received here last week was absolutely amazing.The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. I left the spa feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and more confident than ever :)
