I'm a new client that booked through Zoc Doc. Kryselle (or her office) cancelled a session because I didn't turn in paperwork before the session?? Never heard of this before. I've gone to therapy before, usually you're given time to fill out paperwork while waiting to be seen. I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork. Dr. Fletcher is wonderful in catering to your personal medical needs and guiding you through weight loss coaching with her exceeding knowledge, patience, and understanding! I highly recommended this practice to anyone needing a non-judgmental, supportive and caring team in your court!
She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was able to share what my experience has been as I journey the the program and she made feel the support from her and the team. I'm excited and eager to complete the program!
