Great service and customer response. For example, when one of my shirts was misplaced (it happens everywhere) the staff followed up both via email and by phone until the shirt was found and returned. Lastly, they do a great job with tailoring for suits.
I love this place! They have a commitment to customer service excellence that is not often experienced these days. Very friendly and accommodating staff, combined with good quality and very reasonable prices, make this my favorite.

They managed to get some suits done quickly after ringing round to see where they could fit them in their shedule, good service. Suits looked and felt like new!
My Cubavera shirts cost $8.95 to dry clean at the place two blocks walk down the street. Two miles to drive here, free parking and they cost $1.69. 'Nuff said.
