Engineering department was absolutely amazing. They answered right away and personally helped get me the parts I needed next day.

If I could put zero stars, I would.The people here are rude and ignorant.I would never buy the junk they sell. There are many other companies that are far superior to this pathetic bunch.
The company sells equipment that it does not know how to operate. We recently brought in a piece of equipment on a 30 day trail because we were wanting to purchase it. When their "tech" came to show us how to use the machine it soon became evident they had never used or sold one before. They were pretty much clueless. There were also some designs issues that made the machine unsafe to operate. I reached out to let the corporate office, as a courtesy, to explain why we were returning it.
