I went to the Nu Look salon and was very disappointed. The staff kept speaking in their own language the whole time, which made me uncomfortable, and they were distracted instead of focusing on my service. I asked for a 2-inch trim, but the stylist ignored me, cut how she wanted, and was very rough. I also had my eyebrows done, and even that felt rushed and careless. In the end, I was charged $53, which is a complete rip-off for the poor service and results. I left frustrated and will not be going back.
I went for waxing today and kiran did very well.
Kiran is so sweet and gets the job done, waxing is not painful especially for armpit. The place could get better cleanliness but Kiran’s service makes it chill
