Horrible experience, we had 2 rust stains appear in the first 12 months, the reason being that there was only 10mm cover over the reinforcement when thereis supposedto be minimum of 65mm. Ian from nu-look pools idea was to cut out the section of steel and patch with grout. The first patch was a different colour and wasn't close to matching. Ian is a coward and wont answer his phone, The whole build process was a absolute nightmare and I would highly recommend you stay away from this company and thier pathetic workmanship.

Absolute nightmare, he booked in a date we were ready and then he doesn’t show, we call the office and after 4 days the cleaner tells us he and family are o/s for 2 weeks, when he does commence the job he did the measurements wrong and the pool was 11cm too high, so his solution was to tell me I will have to have a lip around the pool, we ended up having to raise our landscaping of the whole back yard by 11cm to avoid the trip hazard lip he suggested for his mistake. Ian and his team done our pool. They did an amazing job! Excellent with customers and always there if you need any questions answered. Ian helped us every step of the way. Everyone in my family love our new pool. Highly recommend this company
