Crew was excellent! Much attention to detail installing siding and clean up. Very courteous and excellent customer service overall!
I made an appointment for a consultation about a door in our Philadelphia home. We rearranged our work days to be here. When no one showed up at the appointed time, I called after 35 minutes. The person said they haven't serviced Philadelphia for two years. Yet they allowed the appointment to be made and sent me multiple reminders to be home for it.
Still waiting for a call back on problems with the roof they installed.
Company fails to pay invoices and does not respond to requests for payment. Bounced check too.
I used Nu Look Roofing twice for my roofs. I amazed by their consistent professionalism and customer service spanning all those years. Highly recommend!
