First time customer. I made an appointment for 2pm, she canceled on me. Made another appointment, canceled on me again. Then asked me to come in at 6 am, but I told her I can’t do mornings, so she said I can come in the next day at whatever time I want. Came in at 1:30, nobody greeted me or asked what I was there for. Sat there for 10 minutes, then watched a stylist turn around, cough in BOTH hands, then go back to touching a customer’s hair. Left and never coming back.
