My older car got scratched pretty good on the bumper by a pallet. Was not sure how far I wanted to go in getting it fixed. Holly, talked me through my options from buffing through a full repair with sanding and painting. We tried out the easiest option, and it satisfied my desire to keep the car looking good, and there was no pressure for anything beyond. I was really impressed with the service that Holly provided, and I highly recommend her and Nu-Look.
Kyle Gramza at Nu-look collision on Lyell was excellent! he went above and beyond keeping me informed throughout the whole process, he was honest, and helpful. A+ for costumer service. The repair looks immaculate and i couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Highly recommended:)
