If u want the job to be right this is the place to go. I am very fussy about having things done right long story short I couldn't be happier with results!!!
Colleen is always angry and rude to customers. Just refused to schedule an appointment for me. Not to mention if they fix your vehicle you have to go back 2-3 times until it’s right, every time. Dan and GM are saving grace of shop
The wait was herrendous! I take it that I don’t know much about collision repair and my expectations were not realistic. The receptionist were very inviting and helpful. I think the guy who assisted us with repairs was Dan and he was high energy very positive, detailed and professional. The job done on my car was absolutely phenomenal. Please do yourself a favor and use this location for any need you have that they service. I am extremely satisfied with the entire establishment. Highly recommended, please try!
Had an appointment scheduled for today after anxiously waiting to get my car fixed. Got there and the not so nice lady told me “did they call you” i said no? Then she goes in the back for a while and comes back and says we gotta push you back the parts arent here? Like it may not seem like an inconvenience to you but it’s a major one for me. Very Unprofessional and unfortunately i have to work with them. But next time I’ll look elsewhere.
