I went to Gerber collision because they fixed my last SUV and did a good job. I'm just waiting on the insurance process to get started.
I had my truck in there this summer due to being T Boned by a young lady not stopping for a red light. I went to Gerber due to her insurance. Truck was needed both doors ,rocker panel, cab corner, truck bed. When completed picked up truck noticed loud clunk over bumps also when stopping and taking off periodically. I dealt with project manager about the issue brought back to Gerber also to a gas station they use put on a lift. Could not find a problem. I was told to bring to dealer have them check out. If u want the job to be right this is the place to go. I am very fussy about having things done right long story short I couldn't be happier with results!!!
Colleen is always angry and rude to customers. Just refused to schedule an appointment for me. Not to mention if they fix your vehicle you have to go back 2-3 times until it’s right, every time. Dan and GM are saving grace of shop
The wait was herrendous! I take it that I don’t know much about collision repair and my expectations were not realistic. The receptionist were very inviting and helpful. I think the guy who assisted us with repairs was Dan and he was high energy very positive, detailed and professional. The job done on my car was absolutely phenomenal. Please do yourself a favor and use this location for any need you have that they service. I am extremely satisfied with the entire establishment. Highly recommended, please try!
