Highly Recommend to Anyone – I would highly recommend Nu-Look to anyone that needs collision work done on their car. I was in an accident awhile ago and went to Nu-Look. My car literally looked better than it ever has when it was returned to me. It looked like a brand new car. They even cleaned the inside of my car and left a thank you note with candy! Worst Collision Shop Ever – Our insurance carrier recommended Nu-Look so we decided to give them a shot after an accident with a deer. The first time we picked our car up after the "repairs," it was filthy, they put our damaged dirty tire in our trunk - which we paid a disposal fee for - getting grease all over the carpet in the trunk, the work wasn't complete, there were buff marks under the new paint, and somehow, they managed to put scratches and dents in other areas of the car that hadn't been affected by the accident wi... read more

Refreshing – I was involved in an accident recently and NuLook collision towed my car to them and did a tremendous repair job! I was so pleased with the service and how they walked me through the repair process. They kept me well informed and even delivered my car to my place of enployment when it was done! I would and will recomend them to my family and friends.

Horrible Expierience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I had the luck of getting my 2 week old Porsche Boxster smashed by an incompetent paperboy at 4am while it was sitting in my driveway ( yes he pulled into my driveway ). I brought the car to NuLook as I was told they would do a great job. HAH. The car was gone for 2 and a half weeks. Quality repairs at fair price – I had a non-insurance type job done on my vehicle. I did some shopping and they were cheaper than anyone else including the dealer I bought the car from. The repairs were done a day earlier than I was told, they washed the inside and outside when they were done and even left a card with some candy in my cup holder. Hopefully I will not need body work done to my car again but if I do I will be sure to use nu-look.

worst mech. ever, they cant fix anything and they give the car back with more problems – This is my first time writing a review for this website, i am an honest and hard working individual.
