I recently brought my vehicle in for repairs which were the result of a car accident. From the moment I contacted NuLook and spoke with Jeremy to dropping my car off and working with Dawn, and picking up my vehicle after repairs had been made. It was truly a wonderful experience. Can not say enough good things about Nu-look on Lehigh Station Road. After being in a hit and run (real classy who ever hit and left), from the moment I walked in the door I was treated well. From the receptionist who put me at ease to Mary Moore, I could not have asked for a better experience. Professional and friendly all the way. I hope never to be in need of them again, but if I do, Nu-Look is where I would go. Thanks for taking care of me!

Does not have wifi for customers. Find a different collision center who offers better customer service for those taking time out of their work day.
I have been a Nu-Look customer for many years now. When you get in an accident the only thing you want to know is who will make my car like new again I can confidently say that the good people of Nu-Look (Henrietta) will work hard to earn your praise. Dalton the manager and Mary will not let you down the work is guaranteed as long as you own the car. You will be satisfied when you get your car back. Thank you Mary.
I would recommend nu collision on West Henrietta to anyone that is in an accident or just need repair on their car. The workers there are absolutely great and very polite they answer all my questions and also gives suggestions, their work is like no other the go way and above there duty they ģive your car and brand new look is no wonder they came up with that name.
