Nothing but headaches. David needs to work on his customer service skills. I will never use Nu-Look again. Nu-Look cuts corners and doesn't do a thorough repair, they rush the job and their quality reflects... when you point out their poor workmanship, you won't get an apology, but you will receive poor customer service and lots of excuses. They need to establish a quality control process and re- train management

Great Repair Experience – Recently I was in a fender bender. I followed all the steps, called my insurance company and set up a claim. They in turn recommended Nu-Look Collision b/c they are on a direct repair program with them. No sooner did I hang up my phone with my insurance company, and someone from Nu-Look Collision was calling me to set up an appointment for an estimate. Excellent work; Fast! – I got into a car accident on Christmas Eve - someone bumped my bumper and there was significant damage. I have only had this car for about 3 months so I wasn't thrilled to have it smashed up, but the insurance company of the individual who hit me assumed full liability and I went to Nu Look Collision for the first time to get my car fixed. I have used this shop three times and they give consistant excellent service. The quality of the repairs are better than any other place I have found and the best part is they completely detail your car before you pick it up.
