I regularly have Renee and Ian clean the carpets at my home, and am always so impressed by the service that they provide, even down to the little things like putting plastic protectors out for the walls so that the hoses don't rub on the paintwork. I love having them out knowing that my carpets and rugs will smell fresh and clean when they leave - can't recommend them enough!

I couldn't be happier with the Nu-Look. They have been to my home several times to clean carpets, my couches, my dining room chairs and my rug. I am always incredibly happy with work done by Ian or Kevin. I am always surprised at clean everything looks, smells and feels after they have been. I would definitely recommend Nu Look to anybody looking for a quality cleaning service for their carpets and furniture

I had a fantastic experience with Nu-look Carpet Cleaning. I was booked in for our appointment quickly and had all my questions addressed. Whilst our rug had some lingering stains after the first clean, Renée and the team provided outstanding service to fix the issues. I found the service efficient and friendly, and our rug is looking lovely. The second appointment was booked quickly and was complementary. Thank you Renée, Kevin and Ian.

The team did a great job. The tiles and grout in our building were terrible and I didn't know how they would turn out. The team worked hard and did a great job. I was very impressed at how they made the grout look new again. Would definitely recommend them.

I wouldn’t use anyone else! We needed our couches and carpets cleaned and were amazed at the results! The friendly team at Nu-Look Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and their attention to detail was second to none!
