I had the most wonderful experience with Ian and Renee. The first date we had booked was very damp and rainy so they suggested coming back on a sunnier day to get the best result with our lounge drying. They were always a pleasure to talk to, showed up on time, were very careful with our furniture and home, made friends with my 3 year old as he loved watching the process. Our almost 15 year old lounge now looks as good as new! Ian and Renee went above and beyond and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Kevin arrived on time and completed all 5 rooms two couches and 3 arm chairs quickly, efficiently and professionally. Very happy with the attention to detail his friendly manner and great work. I have new looking and fresh smelling couches and carpet! Now my sister in law has asked for their contacts!
We just got our 3 rooms carpet cleaned and they look amazing! We have only ever used Nu-Look carpet & upholstery for any carpet cleaning. They are meticulous, efficient, on time and always lovely to deal with. You won't be disappointed!
Could not be happier with the service provided by Nu-Look Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. Kevin showed up on time, was polite and wanted to know if we had any areas of concern. I seriously could not be happier with the result of the clean considering it has been a considerable amount of time since our last clean. Even the little things such as the door way protectors say a lot about a company and what service they stand for. We will definitely be utilising the companies services in the near future for a grout clean!
