I travel all over the country for work. This gym? Incredible. Nothing I expected to be in provost ab. A tad on the pricey end but they have a huge amount of equipment and one off equipment that aren’t in any other gyms I’ve seen in a while. Hardly busy. If you’re out here or near the area and want to train? Check it out.
Started going here when it was first established at the original location, James and Brady are awesome guys. Still my favourite gym and the new location is awesome. The cleanliness and the variety of gym equipment will surely meet your needs. -Little heck

Worst gym I've ever been inside, bar none unfortunately. I'm new to Provost and was hoping for something more standard. This gym does have very many machines, but they are crammed into a small space and it would be difficult to navigate for anyone with mobility issues. The gym doesn't have a water station, I've never seen this before in my gym going life. Only a sink in the bathroom and a vending machine. There doesn't appear to be any staff working here, I have yet to see a cleaning person so I assume it's up to the clients... read more
