I had an excellent experience here. The front desk staff were friendly and overall great experience. Definitely will be back!
They are really good for prolonging the pain in my knees. I feel better at this point. Hope I don't ever need surgery as a result of the arthritis
overpriced -medical equipment that is a requirement but paid for by medicare ,totally not recommended. treatments are really not helpful over the long term. They indicated at least a year or two of relief but not yhe case .re-eval said do all again- Ah No ! see a good ortho and save time and effort... BUT their friendly
Please check your insurance coverage. The staff is very nice and professional but they overcharged my husband's insurance doing unnecessary procedures. You'll see them fir a free consultation. It takes 2 weeks for them "check" your insurance. They are actually getting prior authorization. You go back and they shoot radioactive dye into the knee when they already did an xray on their initial consult. He had to come back after that for the insurance approved medication which they took 5 injections, one week apart. After the in... read more
Staff is friendly, injections didn't help. The issue is they've overcharged me and don't want it resolved. I urge you to check what you insurance paid to what they charge.
