Called on a Saturday to arrange for cleaning of a blocked drain. Was told plumber would call me back. Never heard anything. Called back. A thousand apologies will get the plumber to call. Again, nothing. Seems that 24/7 is a fiction. Disappointed as Nujet had, in the past, been very efficient. No longer it seems.

Nu -Jet services ,Very expensive , didn't say there would be a Hefy call out fee for something that took 20 minutes of so called location and find fault. I knew where the leak was and showed the dude so location finding not necessary , as to using the camera to find where the issue was it was a waste of time as camera was no ineffective could see a thing he said so dude just told me a collapsed pipe and left , I dug up the pipe in question and found out that is was a blockage so I repaired it myself instead of a surprised $1... read more
