I went into Nu Image with my mom for their Easter promo, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, the receptionist had an unusual energy—she wasn’t welcoming at all and didn’t show any interest in what we were there for. I greeted her at the front desk and explained why we were there. Her first comment to me was, “Weren’t you here yesterday…?” I responded politely, saying no, that was my sister. Dr. Bastian was informative and helpful advising me on some questions I had and the treatment he gave me worked very well. He and his nurse assistant were very helpful in keeping me informed and confident during the procedure.
My experience with Gina was nothing but amazing! She really works towards what best for you. First time getting Botox and she explained everything very well, she was really informative! From what I should get and what can wait for future appointments. She made me feel very comfortable! I am beyond HAPPY with my results!!!! Thank you Gina ♥️👏
